“15% Increase In Sales ??? Take My Position” – A Sr.VP Said !


During my visit to Acetech in India, I met a Senior VP of an organization. During the interaction, he asked me about my profession and I shared that I help in increasing Sales Performance through Training Interventions and Business Coaching. "How much % "– He asked. and I said "15% increase minimum".

With a look of disbelief, he said “Take my position” !

Why is it difficult to fathom that Sales is bound to improve if the business is willing to embrace change, invest in people development and have the persistence to follow through. It’s all in mind! We live in a world where the possibilities are endless ! Humans have constantly adapted to change and that’s the secret of evolution. The same applies to any business.

Instead of questioning “Is this possible?”, the approach should shift to “How can it be made possible?” The most important part is the mindset change !

I informed him about my upcoming book “Double Your Sales!!” and the process driven approach to increasing sales. After the use of strategic questioning techniques and sharing my credentials and some success stories,we exchanged business cards for taking things further on how the 15% can be made possible for them!
