Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable to all training, coaching, and digital product services offered by MKTI Edge Private Limited (“Company”). By using our services, clients (“you” or “Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Overview

MKTI Edge Private Limited offers the following services: (a) Corporate Group Training (in-person and online), (b) 1:1 Coaching, and (c) Recorded Courses, all collectively referred to as “Services.”

3. Fees and Payment Terms

​

3.1 Corporate Group Training

  • Clients are required to pay a non-refundable advance equal to 50% of the agreed service fee at the time of booking to secure dates. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the training session.

3.2 1:1 Coaching

  • Full payment for 1:1 coaching sessions is due at the time of booking. Payments made are non-refundable.

3.3 Recorded Courses

  • Payments for recorded courses are refundable solely within a thirty (30) day period as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3.4 Methods of Payment

  • All payments must be made through approved methods detailed on our website or as otherwise directed by the Company.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Corporate Group Training and 1:1 Coaching

  • Sessions may be rescheduled under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of MKTI Edge Private Limited. Clients must provide notice as specified in the Refund and Cancellation Policy below. Approval is subject to availability and must occur within the timeframes set forth in Section 5.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to frameworks, training materials, recordings, and proprietary processes, shared during the provision of Services are the intellectual property of MKTI Edge Private Limited. Clients are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any of this material without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company disclaims any and all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the particular Service in question.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

​

1. Corporate Group Training

1.1 Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for Corporate Group Training Services. Once an advance payment is made, it is non-refundable.

1.2 Rescheduling

  • Clients may request rescheduling by providing written notice no less than fifteen(15) business days before the scheduled session date. Requests must be emailed to reach@mihirkoltharkar.com. Approval is contingent on trainer availability and, if granted, the rescheduled session must occur within three (3) months of the originally scheduled date. Additional fees may apply.

2. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

2.1 Refunds

  • Payments for 1:1 Coaching Services are non-refundable under any circumstance.

2.2 Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a coaching session by providing at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice via email to reach@mihirkoltharkar.com. Requests are subject to availability and must be completed within the coaching program period.

3. Recorded Courses

3.1 Refunds

  • Clients may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase if unsatisfied. Requests should be submitted to reach@mihirkoltharkar.com. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within fifteen (15) business days to the original payment method.

3.2 Rescheduling

  • Not applicable as recorded courses are accessible on-demand.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the date of refund approval and credited to the original payment method.

5. General

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these policies as deemed necessary. Notice of changes will be published on the Company’s website, and it is the responsibility of Clients to review any updates.

Shipping Policy

​

As MKTI Edge Private Limited offers only digital and in-person services, there are no shipping requirements. All materials provided as part of our Services are either accessed online or distributed in person during training sessions.
